Shipping Restrictions

• Regions Not Served
• We do not ship to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), or Norfolk Island due to biosecurity restrictions. We also do not ship outside of Australia. If you place an order from one of these regions, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne and delivered by Australia Post.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Change of Mind

• If you change your mind about your order, please contact us immediately at support@hillhive.com. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee changes if the request is not received within one hour of placing the order. If the order has already been picked and shipped, we will be unable to make changes.

• As our products are grocery items, they are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind for product safety reasons. However, if your product is damaged, please contact us at support@hillhive.com with images of the damaged product, and we will arrange a refund.
