Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate it.
Crystallisation is a natural process that occurs in all pure honey and is more likely in liquid forms, like ours, compared to creamed versions of Manuka honey. This doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your honey; it's simply a sign of its purity and natural state. Our liquid Manuka honey undergoes less processing, which not only makes it easier to use but also helps in retaining a richer, more intense, and delicious flavour profile. If your honey has crystallised, you can gently warm it to return it to its liquid form, enjoying all the benefits it offers.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method, but standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please contact our customer service team (hello@hillhive.com.au) with your order number and details of the issue immediately after the goods are received. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Due to biosecurity controls, we unfortunately cannot ship to Western Australia, Northern Territories, Norfolk Island, or Kangaroo Island.
Hill Hive only offers refunds and returns for damaged products. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. As a grocery product, honey must maintain its quality and safety. Allowing returns for change of mind could compromise our stringent quality control measures and the integrity of our products.
If you request an amendment or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, we will do our very best to accommodate the change. However, after this period, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may have already been processed.
